So happy with the level of customer service provided by Diana and Sue. Throughout our experience with Access Storage, they have been wonderful. I work in customer service so it means alot to me to receive such care.

they are the easiest, friendliest, fastest and most helpful storage company i have ever worked with....i started the application online and within minutes i was contacted from the company....when i was ready to proceed, the application process was quick and easy and i had my unit set up within a matter of hours, and was treated with such kind respect and help from the staff.....thank you to the wonderful woman i had the experience of speaking with and getting my questions and needs met fast and efficiently, all the while with such respect and friendly tone.

Location I used had no staff, so I did not interact with anyone in person, over the phone they were decent to deal with. good location, no real complaints
